It is an honor to serve as the principal of the Winfield Early Learning Center and be a part of this extraordinary school district. I can assure you that I share in this school community’s commitment to caring for your children each and every day while providing them an exceptional learning environment. Our goal here at the Winfield Early Learning Center is to create opportunities that encourage your child's unique physical, social, emotional and intellectual development through play-embedded learning.
This is my fourth year in Winfield and I enjoy this community and the wonderful people it encompasses. I love being able to serve the staff and students in my building. This is my 18th year in education and throughout my years, I have developed a love and passion for early childhood education. I believe that a strong early childhood education will prepare children to develop the academic, social, and emotional skills they need to succeed across their educational journey.
I aim to continue conversations with staff and families to uphold the core beliefs and values that underlie the Winfield School District. With my goal of continuing the tradition of excellence here at the WELC, I am committed to always exploring new ways to meet the needs of all students and to more effectively communicate with parents and community members. Please know that my door is always open to you. I wholeheartedly welcome your conversation and positive input throughout this year.
